BLACK CRINKLED SATIN LONG SLIP DRESS

Hi Huns...

Slip pattern self drafted and cut on the bias...Very comfortable and easy wearing...

Well I guess when you cut it on the bias...which is the stretchiest part of the fabric it's extremely giving...it can be dressed up or down...on a few occasions or more I have worn this as an evening dress paired with a faux fur shrug/bolero and accompanied with a pair of strappy heels...simple but effective...

Soo...lets just take moment here...to appreciate the bias cut...people...

Ok...for those who don't know...its basically cutting your pattern out perpendicular to the weft and warp...Laymen terms...Cut diagonally across to your fabric...

I mean cutting on the bias does take up a lil bit more fabric....Oooh but it's worth it...it is extremely flattering...From the straight up and down...Boyish shape to the voluptuous shape...It makes a simple dress look like a red carpet, Oscars dress ready...

D.I.Y THE LOOK
