You have 28 days to return an item from the date you received. To be eligible for a return / Exchange, Please place a new order for the required item and return the unwanted item to us for processing. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your items must be NOT worn, Altered or washed. Items must have ALL tags attached and in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Enclose the returns form with the item(s) you wish to return in the original box provided.
Our branded boxes are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
Where provided any packaging such as instructions, authenticity cards, should be included with your return. Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form. Please note that we may not refund item(s) that are sent without any returns paperwork. However if we feel there is any foul play, therefore an Inappropriate, unethical, or unlawful conduct ****Under no conditions will the item be Refunded or Exchanged due to negligence. A failure to exercise the care of the item will result in no Refund. Negligence involves harm caused by carelessness to the item.**********

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item first. If/when your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Items are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered.
As we want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. In an unlikely case a fault within manufacturing, within our own discretion we would reimbursement you the shipping fee providing it follows the refund / Cancellation policy. Cancelling Your Order after you have already received it
You have the right to cancel your order with us but need to notify us of your decision to do so within 14 days from the day you receive the last item in your order. To exercise the right to cancel, please inform us by email to: email@example.com
On receipt of your notice of order cancellation, customer care team will contact you with return instructions. Please complete the returns form that you received with your order, and include it with your return so we can process your refund promptly providing you follow the refund & Cancellation policy. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.****Any refunds or cancellation that has past the policy frame-time, therefore failing to notify us within the 14 days refund / Exchange will NOT be refunded or exchanged.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our office. We also recommend that you use a secure, track-able means to return your order to us therefore you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition.(Same as the return policy above, please read conditions). We will refund the full value of your order, within 28 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation and item.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email. A signature will be required upon delivery of your order. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost, damaged or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas of the United Kingdom there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays, as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions or any postal strikes undertaken. We aim to deliver internationally. Our office is based in the United Kingdom(UK). We endeavor to deliver UK orders within within 5-7 working days. Elsewhere, approx 10 -15 Working days. Once we receive cleared funds. Working days are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays. If your order has passed the time-frame provided, please contact Customer Care using the contact link below. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
