Order Issues

Im Missing an item from my order, What do i do ?...

  • We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

  • If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.

  • If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.


What to do if i recieve a faulty item in my order?...

At corstress we are extremely vigilant and cautious with our items. If for any reason there is a fault with our item, Therefore a manufacture fault. Please contact our Customer Care team and return the item back to us immediately.


As soon as you discover a fault, with item:

  • The order number

  • The faulty item's name and number

  • A description of the fault


As we want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. In this case within our own descretion, we would reinemburse you the shipping fee providing it follows the refund / Cancellation policy. We'll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

I have an incorrrect order what do i do?...

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. Please contact Sewchronicles with your order number and the incorrect item's name and product number. Return the item as soon as possible.

Can i Amend /cancel my order after i have placed it?

We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.


When you place an order with Sewchronicles, the funds are reserved for us - we don't actually take the money until your order has been confirmed and sent to our offices. If you cancel your order, we don't take the money however it may take up to 10 days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.


If the 'Cancel/View' button is not available, it's too late for you or our Customer Care team to cancel your order. You can return your unwanted item/order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order click on customer care tab and follow the Returns and cancellation Policy.



Can i get a refund if the price has changed since i ordered it?...

As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.



What if something is not right on my custom invoice?...

If you have any issues with your customs invoice that you've received from CORSTRESS, please get in touch with Customer Care who can get this sorted for you. Contact details below



Can you tell me if you are getting an item back in stock?...

It's always worth keeping an eye on our Sewchronicles webstore to see whats new whats sold out and what stock has been replenished.

Where can i find your size guide and care instructions?...

We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly so we have size guides available on most of our product pages.

If the size guide isn't available on the product page please check customer care under 'Our Sizing'.


Just click on the 'Size Guide' button on each product page or check out our size guides for measurements, fitting tips,or check out our washcare page for washing tips - everything to make sure it fits perfectly and stays looking great.

Can you give me more information about your product?...

We try to give you as much useful info as we can about all our products, including:

  • A detailed description

  • Lots of pictures

  • How the sizing works

  • How to care for your item

Also on each product page you can find details on the material and any sizing information There is a button on each Lingerie slip page for Our sizing under button called 'Size Chart'.

Where you can find out the recommendation for measurements for each size.

Why cant certain items be delivered to my shipping address?...

At the moment we’re not able to ship to outside of the UK. However we are working relently on this.
If there are any shipping restrictions on an item then this information will be included on the product page. Any exclusions are listed under the ‘delivery and shippings page and your cart. If you've added an item to your bag that can't be shipped to your address, you won't be able to complete your order at the checkout stage. We’ll notify you at the checkout of any items that can't be shipped to the address you’ve selected.


Can i use more than one promo code in my order?...

You can only use ONE promo code per order – this includes our free delivery codes.


How do i know im buying a genuine Sewchronicles product?...

At Sewchronicles, we only stock our genuine and authentic items, made or hand made directly from the Sewchronicles Production / Manufacturer team – So you can be sure the item you’ve received is genuine.However, if you're not entirely happy with your item, you’re welcome to return it to us for a full refund. All you need to do is complete the returns note which was included with your order and send it back to us. Do you offer a wholesale discount for bulk buying?...

As we're an exclusively online retailer we sell directly to the public - we therefore don't offer wholesale at this time.
